From the initial consultation, through to the final approval process, Ingenuity Home Design helps you achieve a desirable result that meets your property development goals.

It starts with understanding what you would like to achieve and how that fits in with the legislative framework. It includes a drafting service for drawing up the plans, gathering and writing of all the necessary additional documents and reports for the Development Application (DA) approval, to then process the application through council on your behalf. Subsequently, a DA approval is gained and a Construction Certificate (CC) approval is obtained through a Certifier. In this phase, plans are modified and additional plans and reports are obtained. Construction then commences; this is where we take a step back, but we’re only a call away if you need us.
